The Sculpted Body NYC was founded in 2005 by Elana Z. with the purpose of helping others improve their lives and well being through proper
fitness and nutrition.
Elana uses traditional and non-traditional fitness and nutrition models to create programs molded to each client. She continually expands her
knowledge of fitness and nutrition through research and continuing education with renowned trainers and specialists to ensure you will get
cutting edge programs that deliver the best results.
There is no one right way to approach fitness and nutrition. It’s about finding what works best for you, your lifestyle and your needs.

Elana draws on a variety of different fitness practices to create well-rounded, safe and effective programs for each client. Elana specializes in Pilates, functional cardio and strength training. Fitness programs may be designed with or without equipment. Elana can instruct you in the use of different types of equipment including free weights, resistance bands, TRX, Pilates equipment, and much more. She can also provide a complete and challenging workout using no equipment at all. Your satisfaction is the main priority and your input is always welcome.
Prior to beginning a fitness program you will be asked to provide information on your health and fitness background, goals and preferences. Your initial session will be based upon this information and modified as needed to provide a program best suited to you. If you have a friend, or a group of friends you would like to train with, group sessions can be arranged at the location of your choice.
Pilates can help alleviate back and joint pain, increase strength, flexibility and mobility, and develop lean muscles you never knew you had. Pilates mat, reformer, tower and chair sessions are available. Group mat classes can be arranged at the location of your choice.
Nutrition counseling sessions can be held in person, online or by phone. Nutrition programs focus on addressing nutrition related health concerns, weight management, and adopting new habits that can be practically integrated into your life, with the aim of improving overall well being and performance through nutrition. Nutrition counseling for disease prevention and management is available for those with or at risk for hypertension, hyperlipidemia, type II diabetes, kidney disease, heart failure, cancer, irritable bowel disease and irritable bowel syndrome.
